Product Description

Product Introduction
1.Silica glass fiber-reinforced aerogel insulation felt is a flexible insulation material fabricated through a fiber reinforcement process, in which silica aerogel is in-situ compounded with inorganic fiber materials.
Aerogel insulation felt has the characteristics of excellent heat insulation and preservation performance, outstanding fire resistance, good mechanical properties, easy construction and environmental protection. It is widely used in related fields such as energy-saving insulation and thermal protection.

Product Features
1.Excellent adiabatic performance. To achieve the same heat insulation effect, the thickness is only one-third to one-fifth of that of traditional materials.

2.The material is overall hydrophobic and has good waterproof performance.

3.The structure will not collapse after long-term use, has good structural retention, and the service life is 5 to 8 times that of traditional insulation materials.

  4.It has A-level fireproof performance.

5.It has good flexibility, is resistant to bending, is easy to cut, is convenient for construction, and has a low installation cost.

Application fields
  1.Building insulation

  2.Steam pipeline

  3.Oil pipeline

  4.Equipment insulation

Matters needing attention
1.employ:During the usage process, beware of inhaling the generated dust. It is recommended to arrange the construction and usage in a well-ventilated place and wear labor protection supplies when using.

  2.
Store:  Keep the packaging sealed and store it in a dry and ventilated place, away from fire sources, heat sources and chemical solvents. Stack them separately to avoid heavy pressure.
